Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients who reach out to us, providing tailored pest control solutions and selling annual contracts to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads and offer pest control services with a consultative approach.
- Identify client needs and provide solutions to their pest control concerns.
- Promote and sell annual contracts to encourage long-term client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Requirements:
